"Zac has a lot of strengths in the field of Mental Performance Consulting. Although, he was still in his developmental stages of working one-on-one with me as a collegiate athlete when we were working together, he really did a great job engaging me in certain activities that allowed me to release my true thoughts, mental blocks, and feelings towards the challenges and achievements of Rowing. Also, I thoroughly enjoyed the fact that he came with an attitude to each session that brings a non-judgmental, wonderful, and calming energy. I believe he will take this excellent energy to any other part of the field in his career." - Ellie Hartman
I am a Student athlete at Barry University, normally in the stroke pair or bow of the varsity 8 boat for NCAA team and I am a senior in rowing and senior in my graduate level courses.
